      Description

When "Use Friendly URLs?" is un-checked in the Host Settings, Advanced Settings dialog, and saved, the icon in the default skin that should navigate to the "Notifications" tab of the Profile fails with this error:
System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal) at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ProfileModuleUserControlBase.get_ProfileUserId() at DotNetNuke.Modules.MemberDirectory.View.get_DisplayModule() at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Pane pane, ModuleInfo module)
Using default install of Community Edition, version 7.0.6 with SQL Sever 2008 R2 backend; installed as a dev environment using DNNDev.me domain.
The icon that is just to the left of the username after login looks like the letter "i" in a cloud, and should take you to the Profile / Notifications tab.  When Use Friendly URLs is checked, this works as expected.  When Use Friendly URLs is not checked, the above error is recorded in the event log and the user receives the error as "A critical error has occurred. Input string was not in a correct format."  Expected behaviour is that this link should work with or without Friendly URLs being checked.  Some hosting sites do not support Friendly URLs - or have some issue.
