      Description

      Hi DotNetNuke Corp,
This is an issue we're seeing happen on customers sites that is causing problems.
      BACKGROUND:
In previous versions of DotNetNuke(7.0), "Login" was an acceptable name for a page.  This was great when users had a custom login page.
In previous versions of DotNetNuke(7.0), it was acceptable for the login page to be visible to "Unauthenticated Users" but not to "All Users".  This would allow the login page to  disappear once a person logged in.
      ISSUE:
If you have a DNN 7.0 site that has both of the conditions above, upgrading the site to DNN 7.1 breaks all ability to log in.  Fixing the issue requires crawling through a lot of database stuff.
      RESOLUTION:
      1)  Make "Login" an acceptable name for a login page.
      2)  Make "Unauthenticated Users" an acceptable level of permissions for the login page/module.
