It should be possible to remove Google Analytics

Description

In the Google Analytics module you can enter a Tracking ID, but you are not allowed to clear it, nor remove google Analytic from the portal in any other way once you've added it

I tried the GA module, found out it uses old google code and included the new code manually to all pages. But I can't get DNN to stop including the old code.

FYI I though I should let you know that we opened up code access to all users, so those who are technical enough to contribute solutions don't have to wait on Corp. Please see http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/page/github for further details on how to submit pull requests.

As this is my first pull request on the DNN project please let me know if something is wrong. I followed the instructions from here to do it: http://dnn-connect.org/community/blogs/contributing-to-the-dnn-platform-using-git-and-github

pull request looks fine, it will likely be merged as part of 8.0.0 as 7.4.2 is closed except for critical issues

Note: I keep the wikipage at http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/github up to date with relevant github links/info.

You can change the code by only adding the ID eg. (UA-68002312-1) to the module...
