IE11 - Cannot CTRL-V text into Telerik RTE

Description

Install latest 7.3.0 build as FQDN site w/remote SQL db
Log in as HOST in IE 11
Create a NEW page
Hover over and select "Edit Content"
In the pop up delete the "add content" text
Select paragraphs worth of text from some other area
Set your cursor in the text box and Ctrl-V to copy into the RTE
Click "Allow Access" if you're prompted to allow Clipboard access to the webpage

Actual Result:
No text is copied
In Dev Tools I see this error:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'length' of undefined or null reference
File: Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd, Line: 3742, Column: 1

still an issue in the test version of the updated telerik for 7.3.3
