Import/Export jobs finished with errors remain in "In Progress" state forever

If for whatever reason an Import/Export job finishes with errors the job remains in "In progress" state forever. F.i: follow the steps for DNN-9899 Closed .

Steps to reproduct

  • Do a new install of Platform
  • Log in as host
  • Go to Settings-> Import/Export
  • Click on "Export Data"
  • Click on "Begin Export"

Expected result

  • If the Export job has errors, it should be in "Finished with errors" state

Actual result

  • The Export job remains in "In progress" forever
